Walmart Loses Challenges to EEOC Jury Win in Job Coach Bias Case

Evidence supported a Wisconsin jury’s finding that Walmart Stores Inc. violated federal disability bias law when a new store manager questioned a deaf and visually impaired cart pusher’s need for a job coach after nearly 17 years on the job, a federal judge ruled.
