Walgreens Beats Pharmacist’s Sexual Harassment, Retaliation Suit

A female Walgreens pharmacist lost her hostile work environment claims because she lacked evidence that any harassment she timely alleged was based on her sex or affected her job conditions, a Houston federal judge ruled.

The pharmacist said the abuse by Walgreen Co.'s district manager for the Houston East District started in November 2015 when he asked her to meet him at a hotel or motel.
