The plaintiffs in a massive, long-running sex discrimination case against Wal-Mart Stores Inc. Oct. 27 filed an amended complaint that is pared down to female current and former Wal-Mart employees in California and includes new evidence that was not a part of the case that made its way to the U.S. Supreme Court (Dukes v.
