Wal-Mart Illegally Fired Workers Who Protested, ALJ Finds

Wal-Mart Stores Inc. violated federal labor law when it disciplined or terminated employees who in 2013 took part in protests staged by a group pressing the company to improve wages and working conditions, a National Labor Relations Board administrative law judge found Jan. 21 (Wal-Mart Stores Inc., 2016 BL 15926, N.L.R.B. A.L.J., 16-CA-096240, 1/21/16).
