VXL Gets Employment Bias Lawsuit by Alabama Physician Thrown Out

VXL Enterprises LLC convinced a federal judge in California to tentatively toss a lawsuit by a physician who says he was terminated and blackballed because of his race and because he made a complaint about race discrimination.

The plaintiff, a Muslim U.S. citizen of Tunisian descent, entered into a contract with temporary staffing agency Daniel & Yeager LLC, an affiliate of Team Health LLC, to work in VXL’s field hospital at the San Quentin prison in California as part of a program to provide Covid-related medical relief.
