Vox Media Reaches Deal With SB Nation Bloggers Over Wage Claims

Vox Media Inc. agreed to settle a Fair Labor Standards Act lawsuit involving more than 100 SB Nation sports bloggers, according to a notice filed Monday in a federal court in Washington, D.C.

James E. Goodley of Jennings Sigmond PC, an attorney for the bloggers, and Jason C. Schwartz of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, which represents Vox, both declined to comment on the deal’s terms but said those details will be made public “soon” in a forthcoming motion for preliminary court approval.
