Viacom, Others Owed $600,000 in Dismissed Sex Misconduct Case

A man who says Paramount Pictures Corp. tried to hide his sexual relationship with its CEO and that an MTV Networks president abused him sexually when he attempted to find his way back into the TV industry must pay nearly $608,000 in legal fees and costs for his failed lawsuit, a New York federal judge ruled.

Television writer, actor, and producer Rovier Carrington made those accusations in a suit alleging sexual offenses, unfair competition, misappropriation, fraud, antitrust violations, and New York state and city labor law violations, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York said Monday. ...
