Veteran Sues Defense Contractor Over Disability Discrimination

KBR Inc., an IT services provider, allegedly discriminated against a veteran in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994.

Kendal Zabel was employed by KBR as a contractor with the Defense Intelligence Agency of the Department of Defense in Huntsville, Ala. He sustained various medical issues as a US Army officer, according to his complaint filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
