ABC Phones of North Carolina, a licensed Verizon retailer, should win its bid to force two former store managers to individually arbitrate their proposed class claims alleging violations of California employment law, a federal magistrate judge in Fresno, Calif., said.
The evidence shows Priscilla Solorio and Mariano Diaz entered into valid arbitration pacts during the electronic employee “onboarding” process, Magistrate Judge Jennifer L. Thurston said, recommending Wednesday that ABC Phone’s motion to compel be granted.
