Venable Hires Franzblau as Investigations, White Collar Partner

Sean Franzblau joined the Chicago office of Venable as a partner in the investigations and white collar defense practice group, the firm announced Tuesday.

Franzblau is a trial attorney and investigator who represents clients in government enforcement defense, internal investigations, and other complex litigation matters, the firm said.

Venable said Franzblau’s work will include navigating complicated internal investigations, advising on responding to government and regulatory actions, and counseling businesses on how to mitigate risk.

He joins from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Illinois.
