Palace Station hotel and casino in Las Vegas agreed to recognize its workers’ union as part of its settlement of an unfair labor practice complaint with the National Labor Relations Board March 14.
Station Casinos LLC, the parent company of the hotel, sought to avoid “lengthy” NLRB proceedings, the company said in a statement to Bloomberg BNA March 15.
