Premium processing again is available for H-1B extension of stay requests, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services announced July 13.
Petitioners requesting an extension of stay for H-1B highly skilled guestworkers now can seek premium processing, which requires the USCIS to adjudicate the petition within 15 calendar days. Premium processing requests for I-129 H-1B extension of stay petitions filed before July 13 will be rejected, the USCIS said.
