US Citizenship and Immigration Services will raise premium processing fees for immigrant worker petitions, work permits, and other benefits beginning in March.
Effective March 1 fees will reflect inflation based on the Consumer Price Index between June 2023 and June 2025.
Premium processing payments for the I-129 form for non-immigrant workers and I-140 form for immigrant workers will go up from $2,805 to $2,965. The fee for employment authorization documents will increase from $1,685 to $1,780. Fees for the I-539 form to extend or change non-immigrant status will go up from $1,965 to $2,075.
