The Biden administration is requesting public comment on how to improve retirement plan disclosures and reports required under the SECURE 2.0 Act of 2022.
The input will be used to explore ways to make it easier for workers to understand their benefits, the US Labor Department said Friday.
It will join the Treasury Department, the IRS, and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp. in publishing a request for information (RIN 1210–AC09) in the Federal Register.
