United Parcel Service Inc. has asked a judge for a speedy decision to permanently block OSHA from implementing heat-stress monitoring of company trucks nationwide, according to a Delaware federal court filing.
UPS argues in the motion for summary judgment filed Friday that the US Occupational Safety and Health Administration should be permanently prevented from obtaining from any US District Court warrants that would allow the agency to install heat monitoring devices to company vehicles.
