University of Kentucky Prevails in Doctor’s Whistleblower Appeal

A former University of Kentucky doctor and medical school professor lacked viable claims that his clinical privileges were suspended in retaliation for blowing the whistle on financial and other improprieties, the state’s top court ruled Thursday.
