United, Delta Pay Suits Prompt Federal Court to Seek State Input (1)

The California Supreme Court was asked to help direct traffic at the intersection of California wage law with federal law and collective bargaining rights in a trio of cases involving United Airlines Inc. and Delta Air Lines Inc. workers.
