Unisys Sues Atos Execs Over Trade Secret, Noncompete Violations

Two former Unisys Corp. executives departed the information technology company for its competitor Atos SE with approximately 13,000 confidential documents in tow, according to a trade secrets lawsuit filed Monday.

Leon Gilbert and Michael McGarvey worked at the helm of of Unisys’s Digital Workplace Solutions business and were heavily involved with its “confidential DWS playbook,” according to the complaint lodged at the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
