Union-Represented Private Sector Workers Outnumber Those in Public Sector, CRS Says

More private sector than public sector employees were covered by collective bargaining agreements in 2013, a reversal from four years earlier, according to a Congressional Research Service report obtained by Bloomberg BNA March 24.
