Union for Federal Prison Workers Sues Over Covid Vaccine Mandate

The Biden administration’s vaccine mandate for federal workers violates the equal protection and privacy rights of employees of federal correctional facilities in Miami, an American Federation of Government Employees local charges in a new lawsuit.

AFGE Local 501 filed the suit together with its district office Council for Prisons Local, CPL 33, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
