UCLA Dentistry Professor Sues Over Medical Leave, Bias

A senior professor at the University of California Los Angeles School of Dentistry says he was retaliated against for taking family and medical leave, and for testifying as a witness in a Title IX proceeding involving a student’s allegations of sexual misconduct against the school’s Senior Associate Dean.
