A federal judge in California wants more information before allowing Diva Limousine Ltd. to voluntarily dismiss a lawsuit alleging Uber’s misclassification of its drivers negatively impacts competition in the state.

Diva, a Los Angeles-based car service, notified the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California Oct. 7 that it wanted to voluntarily dismiss its individual claims with prejudice and its class claims without prejudice.
