UAW’s Fain Takes Aim at Foreign Automakers in Senate Hearing (2)

The United Auto Workers union will target foreign car plants in the South following record-making contracts with the Big Three Detroit automakers, International President Shawn Fain told a Senate panel Tuesday.

Fain indicated the UAW will move to organize workers in non-unionized companies soon, hinting the group is coming for Nissan Motor Co., Volkswagen AG, Toyota Motor Corp., and Tesla Inc.
