A Tyson Foods Inc. employee in Tennessee can pursue her state law claims that she she was sidelined under the company’s mandatory Covid-19 vaccine policy.

Redina Hayslett can sue under Tennessee Code Annotated §14-2-102(a), which took effect Nov. 12, 2021, even though she began unpaid leave days earlier, the US District Court for the Western District of Tennessee said.
