More than 3,000 stylists for
Trunk Club paid on a commission basis, which required stylists to work off the clock so they could keep up with the workload, the workers say. The settlement covers workers at locations throughout the U.S., including Los Angeles, Boston, Charleston, S.C., Chicago, Highland Park, Ill., Dallas, Washington, D.C., and New York City, who alleged violations under the federal Fair Labor Standards Act.
