Trump’s Labor Management Orders Revived by Appeals Court (1)

A federal trial court didn’t have the authority to block President Donald Trump from carrying out three executive orders meant to alter federal labor relations, the D.C. Circuit said July 16.

That power resides with the Federal Labor Relations Authority, and then with federal courts of appeal, Judge Thomas B. Griffith said for the court. That’s the process Congress laid out in the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute, he said.
