Trump Student Visa Revocation Policy Draws New Court Challenge

A group of international students is asking a DC federal court to set aside the State Department’s revocation of their visas, arguing the decisions were arbitrary and capricious.

Nearly 60 students from countries including India, China, Indonesia, and Colombia joined the lawsuit filed at the US District Court for the District of Columbia, the latest move to challenge the Trump administration’s policy of mass termination of F-1 student visas.
