Trump-era Equal Rights Amendment Memo Tweaked, Not Rescinded (1)

A new Justice Department opinion on the Equal Rights Amendment gives Congress the green light to attempt removing the 1979 deadline that’s holding it back, but stops short of fully rescinding a Trump-era legal memo opposing ERA ratification.
