Truist, Asian Female Ex-GenSpring Exec Reach Tentative Bias Pact

An older Asian female private wealth management officer tentatively settled her discrimination and retaliation lawsuit against Truist Bank, SunTrust Bank Inc., and GenSpring Family Offices LLC, New York federal court records show.

Counsel for Sharon Lee informed the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Wednesday of a “settlement in principle” in the March 2020 lawsuit.

Terms of the pact weren’t included in the letter or elsewhere in the court docket.
