Troutman Sanders Legal Secretary Drops Sexual Harassment Suit

A Troutman Sanders LLP legal secretary who alleged a former male partner at the firm stared at her breasts, touched and kissed her without permission, and otherwise harassed her has agreed to drop her suit, Manhattan federal court records show.

Jessica Correa filed a stipulation of voluntary dismissal Monday in her sexual harassment case against the firm and former partner Gerald Francese. She accused Francese of starting to harass her even before she officially became a Troutman employee.
