Arizona must face trial on a transgender male corrections officer’s sexual harassment allegations, a federal judge ruled.

John Doe says the abuse began as soon as he started working at the state Department of Corrections facility in Florence, Ariz., in 2006. He told supervisors he was transitioning soon after he completed training and asked them to instruct his colleagues to respect his status, including by referring to him using male pronouns, Doe says.
