Transgender Arizona Prison Guard to Get Sex Harassment Trial

Arizona must face trial on a transgender male corrections officer’s sexual harassment allegations, a federal judge ruled.

John Doe says the abuse began as soon as he started working at the state Department of Corrections facility in Florence, Ariz., in 2006.
