A California Toyota dealership violated federal labor law by refusing to rehire workers who participated in a strike during a union campaign, the National Labor Relations Board ruled.
The NLRB on Thursday partially affirmed an administrative law judge’s decision finding Tracy Auto LP, which operates as Tracy Toyota, liable for declining to reinstate the employment of two strikers after they offered to return to work in 2020.
