Touring Businesses Seek High Court Review of $15 Contractor Wage

Recreational touring companies want the US Supreme Court to review their claims that President Joe Biden’s $15 minimum wage requirement for federal contractors goes beyond his authority.

The request from Arkansas Valley Adventure LLC and the Colorado River Outfitters Association comes after the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit rejected their effort to block the mandate in April. Biden was permitted to issue the policy under the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act, the appeals court found.
