A California federal judge granted final approval of a $5 million settlement between Gruma Corp., which makes Mission and Guerrero tortillas, and nearly 900 distributors and delivery drivers who alleged state antitrust and labor violations.
The class members will split about $3.65 million. Class counsel will receive $1.25 million in attorneys’ fees and nearly $27,000 in litigation costs.
