Republican Calls for Public Input on Picket-Line Speech Memo (1)

An influential House Republican is joining GOP members of the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in support of gathering public comment on an upcoming memorandum concerning picket-line speech protections.

Committee on Education and the Workforce Chairwoman Virginia Foxx (R-N.C.) said in a letter to the EEOC on Tuesday that the joint memo, which is being crafted with the National Labor Relations Board, should follow previous agency guidance and be open to the public’s input.
