Tommy Hilfiger Parent Socked With Overtime Pay Lawsuit

PVH, parent company of clothing brands Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and others, owes its assistant managers more pay, according to a new lawsuit.

Assistant manager Tiffany Heun estimates in the lawsuit that hundreds of PVH employees like her didn’t receive time-and-a-half compensation when they worked more than 40 hours in a week.

PVH reported $4.29 billion in U.S. revenue and $8.91 billion overall for the prior year in a February 2018 report to the Securities and Exchange Commission.
