Three New Members to Be Tapped to Serve on Federal Pay Council

President Joe Biden plans to appoint three new members to serve on the Federal Salary Council, a panel tasked with ensuring that federal workers’ pay is updated based on local conditions, according to a copy of the announcement obtained by Bloomberg Law.

The appointments, to be announced Wednesday, are: Stephen E. Condrey, president of Condrey and Associates, Inc., a Georgia-based human resources firm; Jared J.
