The EEOC has filed a suit against Bouchon Restaurant and Thomas Keller Restaurant Group in Nevada involving allegations of sexual harassment, the agency said Thursday.
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission alleged that managers at Bouchon Las Vegas sexually harassed female and male employees and that the defendants didn’t take appropriate action to prevent the harassment despite receiving complaints. Alleged harassment included unwanted and repeated sexual advances, sexual comments, sexually offensive conduct, and unwelcome physical contact.
Some employees also said they faced retaliation, according to the agency.
