Speed Fab-Crete admitted that from September 2016 until August 2017 it knowingly engaged in a conspiracy to employ undocumented immigrants who weren’t authorized to work in the U.S. The company agreed to the monetary penalty as part of a non-prosecution agreement reached with the Justice Department Monday.
