Teva Defeats Former Executive’s Age Discrimination Lawsuit

Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. won a dismissal of age discrimination claims by a 63-year-old executive who was terminated and replaced by a man decades younger after a corporate restructuring.

The company presented sufficient non-discriminatory reasons for terminating Randolph Keuch and replacing him with Eduardo Nasi, who was 37 years old at the time, said Judge John M. Gallagher of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
