The company allegedly discriminated in hiring against 22 Asian and three Hispanic workers for hardware engineer and software engineer co-op technician positions, according to the Labor Department’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs. The monetary settlement will be distributed equally among the eligible class members, the Oct. 5 settlement document stated.
The settlement, recently made public, is the first to be posted for fiscal year 2021.
