Tenet Sues Feds to Stop El Paso Workers’ Covid Vaccine Check (1)

Tenet Healthcare Corp. sued the Occupational Safety and Health Administration to stop an inspection of its El Paso, Texas, facility to determine if its workers are vaccinated for Covid-19 in compliance with a federal rule.

A temporary standard for Covid-19 workplace safety that OSHA cited as its authority for the inspection wasn’t made permanent within six months of its adoption and thus is no longer in force, the complaint filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas says.
