Tech Mahindra Arm Defeats Visa Abuse, Asian-Preference Bias Suit

A self-described Caucasian American worker failed to include sufficient details in his lawsuit accusing Tech Mahindra (Americas) Inc. of intentional hiring and other bias against non-South Asian workers, including by misusing the H-1B visa process, a federal judge in New Jersey ruled.
