A new lawsuit seeks to block massive immigration fee hikes that are set to go into effect April 1, arguing that US Citizenship and Immigration Services’ regulations are procedurally invalid.
The complaint, filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the District of Colorado, says the fees violate the Administrative Procedure Act because they didn’t go through a proper public comment period.
