Teamsters’ Amazon Warehouse Picketing Draws NLRB Complaint (1)

The International Brotherhood of Teamsters’ picket line outside of an Amazon.com Inc. warehouse in San Francisco unlawfully blocked vehicles from entering and exiting, US labor board lawyers alleged.

A National Labor Relations Board regional director recently issued a complaint accusing the Teamsters and affiliates of violating federal labor law during a three-day protest in December 2024. The complaint specifically named Teamsters General President Sean O’Brien.

The Teamsters launched strikes late last year at Amazon facilities across the country, part of the union’s campaign to bargain on behalf of workers at the e-commerce giant.
