Supreme Court Skips Union Pacific Service Dog at Work ADA Case

A Union Pacific Railroad Co. engineer lost his bid to have the US Supreme Court determine whether he can bring his service dog to work to help with post-traumatic stress disorder, even though he could perform his job’s essential functions without the accommodation.
