Supreme Court Rejects Challenge to Chicago’s Worker Vaccine Rule

The US Supreme Court turned aside a Chicago firefighter’s constitutional challenge to a Covid-19 vaccine mandate for city employees.

The justices announced Tuesday that they will let stand a decision by the US Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit that refused to block Chicago’s employee vaccine requirement based on alleged violations of workers’ constitutional due process and religious rights.
