Super Bowl Ringmakers Balfour, Jostens End Noncompete Suit (1)

A lawsuit accusing Jostens Inc. of a scheme to steal Balfour clients and trade secrets has been resolved by the parties, the memorabilia rivals said in a filing.

The parties asked the US District Court for the District of Minnesota to dismiss the case Wednesday after engaging in some discovery. “Balfour and Jostens have reached a confidential settlement on all disputes that is mutually agreeable to both companies,” Jostens spokesperson Liz Bradford told Bloomberg Law.
