Sunbelt Rentals Gets Over $10,000 Safety Hazard Citation Tossed

Sunbelt Rentals won its bid to get a more than $10,000 citation vacated after one of its employees injured his left hand using a circular saw.

The US Occupational Safety and Health Administration failed to prove Sunbelt Rentals Scaffold Services LLC didn’t provide effective training to its employees, according to US Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission Administrative Law Judge Brian A. Duncan.
