A union’s bid to represent exotic dancers at a Los Angeles strip club awaits further litigation following the release of incomplete National Labor Relations Board election results, as no ballots were counted because of pending legal challenges.

Just one ballot was cast without any dispute over the worker’s eligibility to vote on unionizing Star Garden Topless Dive Bar, an NLRB official said Monday. Another 16 ballots will also remain uncounted until the resolution of the eligibility disputes.

Whether any of those challenged ballots are tallied and what they say will determine whether Star Garden becomes the first unionized strip club ...
